Christmas 2012

We had a wonderful Christmas 2012 surround by lots of family, good food, loads of presents, and laughter.  The celebrations began the weekend before Christmas when we spent the weekend at Robin's parents.  We baked cookies, played game, and enjoy quality time with her family.

Festivities continued at our home with more presents.  Santa must have thought the kids were very good this year.  Grandma Maggie and Grandpa Bill flew all the way from North Carolina on Christmas day to join in the fun.

One low point of the holidays was the horrible cold or flu we all came down with but we did not let it ruin our time together.  Hope your holiday season was merry and bright.

Winter Wonderland

We finally have a year where all three kids LOVE the winter and playing in the snow together.  They enjoy sledding, shoveling, digging tunnels, building forts, and snowball fights.  They could play outside for hours.  Luckily, they have a wonderful daddy who loves the snow as much as they do.

Gingerbread House

Mommy had the wonderful pleasure of joining Kyle at school in mid-December to help him build his dream gingerbread house.  It was so fun to see him with his classmates and watch his building and decorating skills.
