Mommy's Little Helper

Over the past few months, Lauren has become such a great little helper in the house.  She loves to help sweep, wipe down the table, empty the dishwasher, dust, and more.  But her favorite way to help is to cook dinner every night with me.  She must be held in my arms or in the carrier on my back so she can see everything that is going on.  Some nights we will sit on the floor together to do all the prep work.  She loves to do this so she can sample all the vegetables.

She has also become a "little mommy" herself.  She loves to help her big brothers zip their coats, find their shoes, and wash their hair.  She is so proud of herself and prounounces "help" while signing the word after she has done something to help around the house.  Now, if we could just get her to pick up the toys she loves to throw around the house!  Maybe someday.

What a terrific little helper! And I'm super impressed that she likes to sample the vegetables, too!

How sweet! Love that! She has grown SO much! Love her long hair!!! I may have to try the prep in the floor thing. I think Olivia might like that too!

What a great helper--sounds like she does it all.
Hannah loves sweeping and dusting but I can't seem to get her interested in cooking, unless she is breaking eggs--she loves that.

I love the picture of you two--so cute.
