Lauren at 11 Months

We are so trilled to share new pictures of our BEAUTIFUL daughter. We received these on Friday from our adoption agency. They were taken at her 11 month well being check up. She went in a bit early this month as she was seen on May 20th. We also got a short update (read below). But we know most of you are interested in those pictures so without delay here she is...

So a bit about the pictures first, Lauren is wearing the 12 month outfit we sent her back in January in our first care package. It so wonderful to see her wearing it. Very thoughtful of her loving foster mom to do this for us. Kyle loved seeing it because he picked it out with mommy's help. Its also so helpful to see that its a bit big on her - this really helps mommy with shopping for Lauren's new wardrobe. She is also wearing the new shoes we sent recently as part of her birthday care package. Included in that birthday care package was the Hallmark Recordable book "All The Ways I Love You". Mommy and daddy recorded themselves reading it with the hopes that she will get used to our voices, at least a tiny bit.

Now onto the short update we were blessed with by her social worker in Korea. Lauren is tiny! She currently weighs 19.62 pounds and is 28.27 inches. She now has 4 teeth on the top and 4 teeth on the bottom. One sweet part of this very short update is a special message we got from her foster mom. She said "The shoes are very pretty and fit well. Thank you".

We love you so very much Lauren MeeHyeon and we are so very excited to bring you into our family as we have already brought you into our hearts. Soon, very soon!!!
